We offer worldwide shipping, with shipping costs calculated automatically based on your location during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Typically, rugs available for immediate purchase will ship within 7 business days, whereas pre-order items will take approximately 2 weeks. We assure you that we will expedite the delivery process to the best of our ability.

 

Return information

In case of return, please send us an email to contact@voogstudio.com, please specify in your email the order number and reason for return. We don't accept damaged or used rugs. In case of delivery damage, contact us within 2 business days. All return fees are the buyer's responsibility.
